Bid Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Bid-Manager who coordinates and monitors complex and mayor tenders and projects for our global Key Account and End-User Sales Organization. The main task is the consolidation of all required documents, such as lighting designs, ROI calculations, product data sheets, Sustainability reports like ECOVADIS, Installation and Material quotations, in preparation for submitting a tender or pitch to the End-User. The Bid-Manager will create of all above mentioned data a uniform Tender and Bid-Document timely before due / submission day. You will have a leading role in the tender phase to ensure the success in our acting for our company.

This position also includes the pricing and tender support of our international key account managers in the various countries. Building up and maintaining an intelligent system depending on the specific account, country and competitors environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assembling of a Bid-Team accordingly to the individual Project and/or Rollout Business needs
• Determining scope of project and setting milestones, deliverables and objectives in accordance with all stakeholders requirements and Tender Documents
• Mapping requirements of internal and external resources and leading the responsible key account manager and Bid team in the quotation and tender phase (Key account manager, Lighting designers etc.)
• Plan and schedule project and tasks, track progress and being the time keeper of the bid Team in form e. G. RACI Matrix.
• Pricing intelligent and preparation of the final Quotations in collaboration with the head of the corresponding GKAM application and the assigned Bid Team (Local key Account managers)

Your profile

• Previous experience leading large projects in professional environment and managing senior stakeholders.
• Competence and know how in creating bid documents in a uniform CI and language.
• Should be able to work with SAP, Microsoft Office, experience in lighting calculations and products would be an advantage
• Prerequisite of the German and English language in spoken and written.
