Your job

• 18-months Traineeship Programme in the area of Research & Development (Tridonic) with a focus on innovation and pre-development of our lighting products
• Participation offered into the whole product development lifecycle from conception phase to launch. Where topics like power electronics, wireless controls, sensor technology, AI and data analytics, physical simulation, digital twins and innovation management play a big role.
• You will be actively involved in cross-divisional projects, partly without supervision

Your profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technology-oriented field, any of the STEM studies or innovation management
• Strong interest in innovation and new technologies
• Ideally, you have gained first professional experience in an international company.
• Open-minded and proactive
• Perfect English skills and one other language. German language skills are beneficial
