German Speaker Travel Advisor -Relocation Package

Cross Border Talents is hiring German speakers for Travel Advisor for one of our clients, onsite based in Athens, Greece!

What will your job entail?

• Respond and record consumer inquiries/questions raised through free phone lines for customers;
• Maintain Accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback on the customer services database;
• Ensure Client complaints are dealt with and logged in line with the company’s complaints escalation policy;
• Ensure all support calls and (when applicable) emails are answered and resolved within the agreed SLAs and logged appropriately;
• Troubleshooting through the use of open questions, support documents and system training
• Offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions

If you've never done anything like this before, don't worry, we're happy to teach you everything.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication in German (C1or C2) is a requirement and intermediate English (B2)
• EU nationality or Greek residence permit
• Able to relocate to Greece if you are from abroad
• Highschool Diploma
• You have a pleasant demeanor, good communication skills, and a customer-oriented approach.
• You know how to operate a computer, are eager to learn, and can quickly adapt to a new environment.

Conditions:

• Working hours Monday to Sunday 9am to 11pm (8 hours per day in rotational shifts and 2 days off)

• Base salaryx14 months + 50€ food voucher tickets per month
• 25 days annual leave
• Contract types:
  - Permanent Contract (if working onsite in the Athens office)
  - 6 months contract (remote anywhere from Greece)
  
  *RELOCATION PACKAGE:
  -Accommodation in a hotel for 3 weeks
  -300€ accommodation support for candidates moving from abroad within the 1st payslip
