Your future position:You will be working at the Department of English and American Studies as a member of the Fun*Cog Research team, where you will be doing research into the relation between functional and formal aspects of linguistic expressions within the framework of a functionally oriented theory of / approach to language.
The Department of English and American Studies is part of the Faculty of Philological and Cultural Studies and has more than sixty members of staff. Research and teaching cover literary and cultural studies and linguistics. Currently more than 3500 students are enrolled in its Bachelor, Masters, Diploma, PhD and Teacher Education programmes.
The position (20h/week) is limited to 4 years and is planned to be filled from 01.09.2024.
