Act as a financial advisor for Market and Key Account Managers
Provide insightful business analysis to enhance company performance
Manage Sales and Margin planning, reporting, and analysis for OMNI Channel
Conduct regular reviews to optimize channel, product, and customer mix
Establish sales metrics, KPIs, and KPDs for B2B and Retail channels
Collaborate closely with Credit Control Team on Bad Debts and Accounts Receivables
Execute standard controlling routines, including MEC, and produce reporting packs
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance results and streamline trade investments
Completed a degree in business administration with a focus on controlling or equivalent education.
Minimum of 3 years experience in Sales Analysis/Business Controlling, emphasizing profitability analysis, customer segmentation or market performance metrics
Experience in an international environment beneficial
Possess a broad perspective on sales topics, including country perspective, finance manager perspective and ROI-thinking
Proficient in reporting and analytical tools structure and logic, Preferably skilled in PowerBI and SAP Cloud as a key-user
Hands-on mentality with a practical orientation
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, Knowledge of other languages is advantageous

A gross annual salary of at least €60,000 is offered for this position. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, there is a willingness to overpay.
