Leading complex product development projects, you will take full responsibility for achieving project targets. You adeptly navigate the entire project life-cycle, while cultivating and motivating diverse, cross-functional teams through close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

• Lead complex product development projects, ensuring all targets are met
• Manage entire project lifecycle, serving as main point of contact
• Form and motivate diverse, cross-functional teams
• Provide project compliance, accountability, and quality
• Proactively identify and solve complex technical challenges
• Conduct forward-looking risk management in collaboration with stakeholders

Your toolkit for success includes:

• A university / university of applied sciences degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics or comparable
• At least 4 years of experience in project management for mixed-signal ICs
• Expertise in product development, encompassing project initiation, planning, reporting, and documentation
• Presentation skills and self-confidence
• Fluent English skills

Nice to have:

• Project management certification (e.g. IPMA D/C)
• German language skills

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, employment group I (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2023.pdf). A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills.
