Your responsibilities

• You will support the Quality Management & Operational Excellence department in their daily work in process management and the maintenance of the B&R process map
• You design, optimize and change processes in cooperation with the specialist departments
• You support the specialist departments with documentation
• You analyze existing processes, identify weaknesses and potential for improvement
• You identify process correlations and implement standardizations
• You are the central point of contact for the processes you are responsible for
• You create awareness of the importance of digitalization measures and also support training measures

Your background

• Experience in the field of process or quality management
• Confident handling of modeling tools
• Business administration training with a focus on process management (FH/Uni) or practical experience
• Analytical thinking and understanding of complex systems and processes
• Strong communication skills, team player with a high degree of independence
• Networked and solution-oriented thinking
• Very good MS Office skills
• ARIS, SAP and Microsoft SharePoint knowledge an advantage
• Very good knowledge of English, good knowledge of German
