• Reach the divisional target
• Preparing BPM material(Once or twice per year)
• Participation and explain to Division about TLD Business
• Stock control of RDT products(Check order qty by GIM data/every Monday)
• Plan for next year(Once/year)
• Web monthly meeting with RBM including presentation material
• Set up strategy and market survey for TLD business\
• Check KPI for TLD business (OI/OR/profit/FC/OPR/CGP/MaCo/Stock days and so on)
• Communication with other BLM and manager in domestic
• Back up sales support
• Application approval (Air freight/Credit limit/ purchasing sales stock/Demo)
• Indent sales control (MMC Ryotec)
• Price set up
• Customer visiting for main agent and tunneling worksite
• Phone call from customer
• Reply to customer inquiry
• Quotation
• Negotiation with customer
• Stock take(CPM3 contract)
• Participation in stock take
