As a Junior IT Manager, your role involves overseeing and maintaining internal IT infrastructure at LOOP. You are tasked with providing essential support to ensure the seamless functioning of our team's technology resources, enabling them to perform their work efficiently. Your daily routine is to setup laptops and mobile devices, monitor our service desk and provide hands on support to your colleagues. Requirements

• You bring a good IT knowledge and understanding.
• You have experience with different OS (Mac, Windows, Linux).
• Your tasks include service desk monitoring, team assistance and troubleshooting.
• You will support the team with system monitoring and optimization.
• You are responsible for the network administration.
• You are familiar with different security aspects and concepts.
• You are responsible for the maintenance and migration of existing systems.
• You are a reliant team player who can take on responsibility.
• You have problem-solving skills.
• You have fluent English language skills and German is a plus.
