As the VP People Development and Culture, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational culture and talent development strategies. You will lead initiatives to enhance employee skills, drive engagement, and support our global growth objectives. Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer, you will have the opportunity to influence and impact our workforce on a global scale.
Location: preferably in Bergheim (Salzburg)
Key Responsibilities
Design and guide all global people development processes, including talent development, performance feedback and succession planning. Drive corporate culture building activities to foster an inclusive and high-performance work environment. Steer diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to promote a diverse and inclusive workforce.

Requirements
MSc in Human Resources or relevant field.
>5 years of work experience as Director or VP of Talent Management in an international role (minimum EMEA, optional as external consultant).
Hands-on experience implementing learning and development programs.
Familiarity with performance management procedures and HR software.
Eagerness to innovate and develop talent management strategies to the next level.
Solid business acumen with the ability to understand business strategies and daily challenges.
Lead by example, inspiring and influencing others through embodying exemplary qualities of leadership.
Highly energetic with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Great networking abilities with an international mindset and intercultural skills.
Highly structured thinking and ability to create new concepts/strategies.
Fluency in English (German optional).

We provide a competitive and performance-based salary which is based on your qualifications and professional background. This compensation package has the potential to exceed the standard "Kollektivvertrag" (collective labor agreement for the Austrian metal industry) for this position, which sets a minimum of EUR 65.154,04 per year for full-time employment.
