Employee Order Processing in Controlling f/m/d

Are you enthusiastic about optimizing and standardizing processes and do you have a passion for conducting analyses? As an order processor you have the unique opportunity to play an active role in the development and expansion of Power BI-based dashboards and become an expert in this field. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Independent handling of customer projects
• Expansion/automation of the financial dashboard (MS Power BI)
• Support with monthly/annual financial statements and NWC (Net Working Capital) analyses
• Monitoring of internal projects in terms of the project process, especially for cross-location project management
• Support in the sales process (structuring of project and accounting plans)
• Closely cooperation with Controlling, Key Account Management and Project Management

YOUR PROFILE:

• Commercial training (HAK/FH/UNI)
• Attractive entry-level opportunity for committed HAK graduates with first relevant work experience or FH/Uni graduates
• MS Power BI and SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Enthusiasm for topics such as process optimization and automation
• High level of commitment and willingness to learn as well as ability to work independently
• Very good German and good English skills

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €44,940.00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
