This is a new role within the broader marcom team in alignment with our refreshed focus on developing our mass market activities. Your responsibilities will focus on developing a consistent and compelling approach to mass market communications across the company, with regional resources reporting to you. You will be part of the sales communication team, reporting to the head of sales communications.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Global coordination of mass market & retailer marketing communications activities

Deploy the strategy for co-marketing programs with distribution marketing and eTailers to expand the funnel, aligning and developing processes across regions with standardized reporting & methodologies

Drive consistency across the regions with editorial planning with distributors & eTailers to complement our strategic market focus

Help to execute a content strategy that supports all stages of the buying journey through the channels and formats most wanted by mass market in collaboration with sales and business line leads

Provide counsel and proactive plans for mass market related marcom activities and collaborate with digital campaign team to deliver compelling campaigns

Streamline the solutions selling approach by developing an online solutions catalogue with clearly defined value proposition for our solutions

Collaborate with solutions selling marcom experts
Measurement

Perform budgeting for mass market communications, align needs with performance goals and track spend against budget

Establish and track KPIs for individual initiatives and programs in alignment with digital marketing campaign processes
Required skills

Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing or a related field

7+ years experience within Marketing

Must be a strong collaborator and drive effective relationships across other functional teams

Able to quickly understand and apply messaging across a variety of outputs

Strong understanding of channel specificities
