Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the design and debugging of the HW and SW needed to execute automotive qualification.
  • Translate test requirements into specific HW and SW
  • Development of the Burn-In PCB (e.g., for HTOL).
  • Create the control and monitor SW on NXPs existing driver platform.
  • Debug the complete setup HW + SW, organize and execute local trial runs.
  • Analyze / post process the log-files and report the conclusion.
  • Technical support and close cooperation with the PQE team and our Reliability Centers.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master's, degree in Electrical Engineering, Information and Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or similar
  • At least 3 years of experience in IC Validation, Embedded Design (HW/SW) or similar positions, preferably in the semiconductor industry
  • Experience in circuit design on PCB
  • Experienced in PCB design, schematic and layout, knowledge of Altium is an advantage.
  • Solid programming skills (e.g., Python, C, C#, NI LabVIEW/TestStand or MATLAB)
  • Knowledge of microcontrollers / embedded systems / signal processing
  • Knowledge of automotive standards e.g., AEC-Q100, IATF16949.
  • Self-driven, self-motivated and organized.
  • Accurate and well-structured way of working, strong analytic skills
  • Experience in the Automotive semiconductor industry is a benefit.
  • Team player, good communication skills
  • Fluent in English (verbally and in writing)

Contract: This is a fulltime (or parttime) position with a permanent contract.
