In your new role you will:

• Manage product lifecycles in commercialization phase and contribute to product roadmap
• Develop product forecasts and monitor financial performances
• Contribute to the update of pricing strategy and pricing guideline,contributes to operative pricing guideline / corridor and supportsquoting, define Volume Purchase Agreements (VPA) pricing guideline and limits
• Support Product Marketing for product strategy and Bluebook preparation
• Be responsible to update business cases
• Contribute to the definition of final market introduction plan and to market introduction activities on product level by deploying via Product Management

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Physics or similar, ideally including automotive and electric vehicles market background
• An additional MBA or commercial background as a plus
• At least 5 years or more of professional working experience in the field of Product Marketing, Product Management, Project Management, or Business Development
• Ideally experience in the semiconductors industry, especially in powerelectronics would be a great asset
• Willingness to take ownership and drive decisions independently while assessing potential risks
• Strong influencing skills that resonate with a technical community, and a talent to foster close relationships with your internal and external customers
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in an intercultural, international and management environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and in German as a plus

We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group I (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2023.pdf). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
