Your territory

As part of our Technical Support team, you will:

• Immerse yourself in the exciting world of advanced GPS devices. Set new standards for innovation and efficiency by closely monitoring and enhancing the performance of our GPS devices in the field.
• Tackle technical challenges by analyzing complex issues and errors.
• Closely monitor key performance indicators and the overall success of our product.
• Be the go-to expert, responding to internal requests across different departments.
• Work closely with the monitoring team, combining your expertise to enhance the performance of our firmware.
• Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you'll never hear the phrase "...because that's how we've always done things"
• Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level

Your profile

Key requirements:

• Very good understanding of electronics and hardware products
• Analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in crafting and refining monitoring systems
• Familiarity with microcontrollers and adept at low-level programming
• Very good English skills
