General Information:

We are hiring a Project Lead Engineer to support across all disciplines for multiple; medium to high complexity projects for Grid Automation. This position is to ensure that activities related to engineering disciplines within the project are efficiently and cost-effectively executed, in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards and safety requirements.

Your Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary design authority across multiple engineering disciplines, ensuring technical excellence and integrity in all project stages

• Lead the coordination of all project phases, from initial design through to implementation, ensuring all activities align with project goals and timelines

• Work directly with clients to shape project outcomes, leveraging feedback and pioneering new solutions to meet evolving needs

• Proactively identify and manage potential risks, ensuring they are addressed promptly and efficiently

• Oversee project financials, providing detailed budget forecasts and adjusting expenditures as necessary to meet project objectives

Your Background

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Electromechanical engineering, electrical engineering or systems engineering

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience with a strong foundation in managing complex engineering projects

• Expertise in sub-station automation systems, control systems, and the protection of electrical systems

• Proficiency in English is essential and additional fluency in German is highly beneficial

• Exceptional communication skills, adept organizational abilities, and a strong leadership qualities to guide multidisciplinary teams
