Please note that you need to be based in Vienna.
As an Enterprise Account Executive for CEE counties, you will manage a wide range of clients in a cross-industry setting.

The CEE region, with a particular emphasis on the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Hungary, the Balkans, Romania, Slovenia, and Slovakia, excludes Poland and the Baltics but also encompasses Greece.

This is a thriving territory with a solid foundation but experiencing rapid growth, requiring a hunter's approach coupled with strong farming skills. We foster robust collaboration with valued partners and place significant emphasis on driving and capturing business opportunities to achieve our strategic objectives.

You will collaborate across various sectors and serve all customers within those territories, partnering closely with the solution consulting organization to deliver optimal results.

Knowledge of the territory, previous work experience in the CEE region, or language proficiency relevant to those territories would greatly enhance your chances of success and would be highly valued.


A background in software sales, along with experience in similar sales matrix organizational environments, is essential for this role. You will produce new business sales revenue from a SaaS license model. You will accomplish this through account planning, territory planning, researching prospect customers, using business development strategies and completing field-based sales activities within a defined set of prospects, territory or vertical.

  • Develop relationships with multiple C-suite personas (e.g., CFO, CIO, COO, CDO) across all product sales
  • Oversee client relationship mapping to the account team, orchestrating an account strategy while leading across a broad virtual team (Solutions Consultants, Solutions Specialist, Success resources, Partners and Marketing, etc.)
  • Be a trusted advisor to your customers by understanding their business and advising on how ServiceNow can help help their IT roadmap
  • Identify the right specialist/ support resources to bring into a deal, at the right time
