Implementation Consultant (Python) Vienna / WFH to €85k

As an Implementation Consultant you will provide subject matter expertise on the company's portfolio of products, providing workshops and running training sessions with customers to support the commercial teams with demos and pre-sales activity. You'll build strong customer relationships, to understand their specific requirements, handle support queries related to algo trading coding and manage feature requests. This is a varied role with lots of business exposure where you can make a positive impact.

Location / WFH:

You'll be based in modern offices in Central Vienna; there's a great team environment with regular social / sports / team events as well as personalised training budget and time set aside each week for your own personal R&D or paid for German language lessons and continued flexibility to work from home 2-3 days a week.

About you:

• You are tech savvy with strong customer service / client facing skills
• You have strong Python coding skills
• You have experience of working in a Commodities trading environment (will consider other asset classes)
• You have troubleshooting and support skills
• You have fluent English language skills (German would also be great but not essential)
