In Chemicals & Materials, OMV through its subsidiary Borealis, is one of the world's leading providers of advanced and circular polyolefin solutions and a European market leader in base chemicals and plastics recycling. Together with its two major joint ventures - Borouge (with ADNOC, in the UAE and Singapore) and Baystar (with TotalEnergies, in the USA) - Borealis supplies products and services to customers across the globe. OMV's Fuels & Feedstock business produces and markets fuels as well as feedstock for the chemical industry, operates three refineries in Europe, and holds a 15% stake in a refining joint venture in the UAE. OMV operates around 1,700 filling stations in eight European countries. In the Energy segment, OMV explores and produces oil and gas in the four core regions of Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa, North Sea, and Asia-Pacific. Average daily production in 2022 amounted to 392 kboe/d. Its activities also include the Low Carbon Business as well as the entire gas business.

Our business

Your tasks

• Support development of new logistics processes and improvement of existing logistics processes for new feedstocks and products.
• Help to develop and implement new IT processes in supply & logistics.
• Analyse logistics provider landscape for bio feedstocks and post consumer plastics.
• Evaluate & analyse demands of internal stakeholders in Schwechat refinery and VCO 3.
• Define proposal for logistics set up E2E based on the information of the market and the internal stakeholders.
• Analysis of organizational as is structure versus a to be structure in order to be fit for the ReOil purposes.
• Description of the current IT landscape of OMV and defining of IT requirements to manage the ReOil Supply Chain.

Your profile

• University degree (master/diploma) in economy or logistics.
• Supply Chain Management or & Logistics Management or Business Process Management.
• First work-experience.
• Being fluent in English compliments your profile, German of advantage.

The minimum gross annual salary according to the collective agreement amounts to EUR 67.139,84 including 5 hours overtime lump sum (finished technical Master´s degree) or 64.944,80 including 5 hours over time lump sum (finished non-technical Master).
