- Maintain and develop shopfloor scheduling system and rules
- Provide manufacturing reports for daily business and KPI monitoring
- Modelling and planning of manufacturing capacity
- Bottleneck management, improvement of productivity and effectiveness
- Manage and optimize layout design and shopfloor organization
- Technical interface to internal and external suppliers
- Technical education (technical secondary school or university of applied sciences)
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing
- Advanced user of IT systems
- Basic knowledge of statistics and data handling
- Team player, good communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility (e.g. working in on-call model)
- Fluent in English
