RESPONSIBILITIES

• Product Roadmap Alignment: Collaborate closely with product owners to align our product and technology roadmap, exerting influence over the future direction of our products.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster close working relationships with chapter experts in architecture, UX, and QA to achieve common delivery goals aligned with product owners' objectives.
• Business Requirement Understanding: Gain a deep understanding of our business requirements and actively participate in refinement processes with key stakeholders.
• Frontend Implementation: Design and implement JavaScript/Angular-based web front ends that interface with RESTful APIs containing business logic.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure thorough testing of source code according to best practice testing approaches.
• DevOps Mindset: Embrace a DevOps mindset by contributing to the building, maintenance, and enhancement of our CI/CD pipelines alongside our DevOps champions.
• Technology Awareness: Stay abreast of the latest technologies and methodologies to continuously improve our development practices.

PROFILE

• Educational Background: Hold a degree in computer science or possess applied technical experience.
• Professional Experience: Have a minimum of 6 years of professional experience in designing and implementing web frontends using modern frameworks.
• Technical Expertise: Demonstrate solid expertise in Angular (version 14 or newer), TypeScript, CSS/Sass and HTML for frontend implementation.
• API Integration: Utilize RESTful APIs effectively to connect and interact with backend systems.
• Basic OAuth and OpenID Experience: Having a fundamental understanding of OAuth and OpenID protocols is essential.
• Problem-solving Skills: Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and an aptitude for quickly understanding complex systems and frameworks, with a commitment to end-to-end technical ownership.
• Agile Environment Experience: Work effectively in agile team environments, such as Scrum or Kanban, with a hands-on approach.
• Communication Skills: Possess outstanding English language skills for effective communication with partners and vendors.
• Collaboration: Bring a collaborative and outgoing personality to the team, with strong communication and teamwork abilities.

We guarantee a competitive salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications, starting at EUR 44.476,88 gross per year for this position, in accordance with the respective collective agreement. Salary requests above this amount will be considered depending on your previous experience and qualifications.
