Taking over this role you will be responsible for:
Leading design, development and testing the CycloRotor eDrive electrified system components, such as motors, inverters, power distribution and interfaces
Contribution to the requirements, system architecture and testcases
System verification and test on HIL, propulsion system test-bench and vehicle
Applying the DO254, DO160 and ARP4754 standards to ensure the safety, reliability, and quality of the CycloRotor eDrive systems
Electromagnetic and thermal design of the electric components in the eDrive system
Evaluate different design variations and propose optimal solutions
Identify and resolve any technical issues or risks that may arise during the product development
Staying up to date on the latest trends and technologies in the aviation industry and incorporate them into the engineering processes
Providing technical guidance, training, and feedback of our international customers in our workshops and test facilities
Point of contact for other sub-suppliers and other stakeholders
Preparing and presenting technical reports and documentation for internal and external purposes.
Using various tools and technologies, such as MATLAB/ Simulink, CFD thermal simulation, etc.
