To strengthen our world-class Global IT team, we are now looking for an ambitious and committed new team member in our Global IT Support Team. Here, you will be part of our IT first- and second-level support team in a global company, and you will also be responsible for the local IT infrastructure in our Vomp office. About the Job:

• Actively work in IT support, taking full responsibility for tickets, including administrative tasks, ensuring timely resolution of tickets, and effectively restoring services.
• Be responsible for the local IT network in our Vomp office, including basic network tasks like patching, troubleshooting, and configuring MFP printers.
• Manage all local computers and the meeting room equipment.
• Collaborate with the R&D Infrastructure team, responsible for our local data center, including setting up new servers, basic server administration, setting permissions, and managing the UPS system.
• Handle internal IT hardware requests, procurement, and inventory management (for our employees, not for our customers).
• Re-image computers and deliver standardized images to employees.
• Perform onboarding training for our employees.
• Manage local support and maintenance contracts and local contractors.

Requirements

About the Role:

• 5-10 years of experience in IT support.
• Knowledge in Active Directory/Entra and Azure Administration.
• Good knowledge of Windows client operating systems and applications.
• Good knowledge of Windows server operating systems and VMWare vSphere.
• Proficient in handling Backup and Restore processes.
• Skilled in setting up laptops, workstations, and servers.
• Experience in Network and Security administration.

You need to have strong communication and collaboration skills, be able to document solutions, and contribute to continuous improvements. As we are a global company, you also need to have good proficiency in speaking and writing in English and German.
