You will be responsible for commercial/technical and administrative tasks in day-to-day operations
The tracking of orders, delivery dates, as well as goods receipts from the order at the place of use is part of your daily business
You will assist in the determination of requirements and planning of prototypes, the definition of vehicle equipment in coordination with the specialist department, as well as the documentation of vehicle conversions
You actively participate in the handling of procurement processes in prototype purchasing, taking into account the purchasing guidelines
You support the creation and elaboration of KPIs as well as the optimization of the supplier set
The preparation of negotiation results is also part of your responsibilities
You will regularly take part in technical/commercial coordination meetings and prepare the relevant documentation
The development and implementation of an inventory system as well as the use of internal Mercedes-Benz systems fall within your area of responsibility
Qualifikationen
Ongoing studies or completed higher education (HTL/HAK)
Confident handling of MS Office / excellent Excel skills
Team and communication skills
High motivation and willingness to learn
Independent and structured way of working
Duration: 6 months (40h/week)
Start: from September 2024
Note according to § 9 para. 2 Equal Treatment Act: The gross monthly salary is € 2,100 (full-time)
