Internship: Process Engineering (all genders)

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a student who supports us in the field of advanced logic cleaning application development for sub-10 nm integration nodes.

• Literature study and market screening of project-relevant wet cleaning concepts
• Carrying out concept and feasibility studies including chemistries screening in beaker level
• Application of analytical techniques for wafer surface characterization
• Full-wafer level performance verification

Minimum Qualifications

• University Master student in one of the following areas: Chemistry, Physics, Material Science or a related field of study

Preferred Qualifications

• Working experience in wet chemical laboratories
• Basic knowledge of surface analysis techniques
• Good English written and communication skills
• Able to work with MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Team player, comfortable in a multicultural environment
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Eye for detail and accuracy

Desired start: June/July 2024

Internship duration: 10-12 weeks
