Internship: Mechanical Engineer (all genders)

Job Responsibilities

• Perform engineering data analysis of mechanical and electrical parameters by using of appropriate methods and tools.
• Generate correlations between different electrical/physical parameters.
• Identify degradation and unexpected shift in performance of the module under investigation.
• Theoretical assessment of Spin Clean Process Module regarding performance and tool to tool matching
• Prepare and summaries test data.
• Close relationship and collaboration with other teams

Minimum Qualifications

• University student, in the field of Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering
• Good oral and written communication skills in English
• Good knowledge of MS-Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Knowledge of 3D CAD systems, preferable NX and Inventor
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Team player, comfortable in a multicultural environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in collection and interpretation of test data
• Experience with AutoCAD, Matlab, Simulink or similar program is preferred
• Demonstrate significant technical independence
• Oral and written communication skills in English
• Good knowledge in MS Office
