For our global Quality Management Department, we are looking for a GLOBAL HSE MANAGER (m/f/d) on a full-time basis.

• You will work closely with the management of Hydro Group Companies, Project Teams and Partners.
• As a member of a highly motivated and passionate quality team, you will get the opportunity to develop personally and professionally.

YOUR PROFILE

• Five years of professional HSE experience in construction industry.
• Bachelor's degree in HSE Management or Engineering
• Sound knowledge of legal HSE requirements
• Knowledge about HSE Management Systems and their implementation
• Fluent business English
• Good MS-Office knowledge

YOUR TASKS

• Implementation of HSE targets together with Hydro Group Company Management
• Implementation of HSE audits at companies and sites
• Definition and approval of HSE plans
• Definition and Implementation of improvement measures and HSE trainings.
• Reporting of HSE data
• Maintain HSE procedures and instructions.
