We are seeking an experienced Global Talent Manager to join the team on-site in Salzburg, Austria. You will be an individual contributor, with the opportunity to be the project lead on different workstreams supported by other team members. You will focus on projects that impact the employee journey, from onboarding to offboarding. You will elevate the current employee engagement, performance and change management practices, enabling real-life impact.

You will act as the subject matter expert on talent management topics, such as employee engagement or performance management. You'll actively identify challenges and opportunities related to our current approaches and you will drive strategic initiatives that strengthen the impact of our global offering.
You will support the continuous development of our in-house employee engagement and performance management tools. You will closely collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, HR Analytics, HRIS) to maintain and enhance our solutions. You will be involved in developing new approaches and solutions that positively impact the employee journey.
- COLLABORATE, CONSULT & TRAIN
You will consult with business leaders, HR, and other cross-functional teams, both local and global, and actively communicate, train, and upskill your key audiences on Red Bull's approach to talent management. You will develop materials and resources to support strong buy-in and adoption of our solutions. In addition, you will facilitate training programs with people managers across the business on an ad hoc basis.
You will consult global HR centers of excellence (COEs) and other global functions in leveraging our change management approach effectively. You will provide expert guidance to help enhance the adoption of change initiatives. In addition, you will support the subject matter expert in the ongoing enhancement of the change management approach, alongside developing associated tools and resources.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- 5+ years of experience in human resources, talent management or related field.
- A university degree or courses in related disciplines (e.g. human resources, psychology, etc.) are an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to address all levels within HR and other Red Bull departments.
- Prior experience in executing or consulting on change management initiatives, particularly those focused on behavior change within organizations.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with emphasis on a solution mindset.
- Strong interest in psychology and behavioral sciences, with a desire to apply them at work.
- Team player with an open mind and flexible attitude, and a pragmatic approach to creating impactful solutions.
- Excellent English skills (written and spoken).
